Collective Rest: Restorative + Massage - A Rising Ground Essential Needs Drive
with Aloe Adoricion and Marissa Frazier
Safe, intentional touch is the body’s first language — a powerful key to calming the nervous system and accessing deep rest. Join Aloe Adoricion (Movement Facilitator) and Marissa Frazier (Massage Therapist) for a practice of reconnection through the restorative warmth of touch and support.
We’ll begin the practice by slowing down with some gentle movement to prepare for supportive shapes. As your body melts into restorative shapes, you will be met with light massage, gentle rocking and rhythmic compressions.
Props are provided, comfy clothes are suggested. All bodies are welcome. No experience necessary.
Sign up is required. Please arrive early to fill out a consent and intake form.
A nourishing cup of Springtime tea, with medicinal benefits to the liver and digestion system will be served!
